A quick-drying acrylic primer that will hold extra amounts of dry media such as pastel, charcoal or pencil. Stir well before use. Apply with a dampened foam roller or brush evenly over the surface. Allow enough drying time between coats. Apply to practically any clean surface like paper, cardboard, canvas, ceramic & glass.
